5.1. Discuss, consider, and make a motion and a second to approve Policy #3132, Internal Controls, as recommended by Perry Law firm due to the results of the Nebraska Department of Education Federal audit.

5.2. Discuss, consider, and make a motion and a second to approve the 2025-26 Budget as presented in the Knox County News on September 4th, 2025.

5.3. Discuss, consider, and make a motion and a second to approve Resolution #1, The Wausa Public Schools Tax asking, as presented in the Knox County News on September 4th, 2025.

5.4. Board to consider a Resolution calling for a Special Bond Election of the qualified electors of the District on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to vote FOR or AGAINST the issuance of General Obligation Bonds in an amount NOT TO EXCEED $2,150,000, for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of constructing and equipping improvements to the District’s existing property and facilities, which may include, without limitation, installation of a new 8 lane track, improvements to bleachers and other components of the District’s track and field facilities, and related improvements, and providing for the necessary furnishings, equipment and apparatus for such facilities.

5.5. Discuss, consider, and make a motion and a second to approve the Wausa Education Association (WEA) as the exclusive bargaining agent for the district's non-supervisory certificated staff (teachers) for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 contract years.
