V. Professional Development

V.A. Recommend Pam Balint, Regin Johnson, Rachel Niemann, Earl Smith, and Rae Lopez virtually attend the WVEC (Wabash Valley Education Center) Teacher Evaluation Training for Rise on August 26, 2022, with expenses paid from the Tittle IIA Fund.

 

V.B. Recommend Chris Bajmakovich attend the IASP (Indiana Association of School   Principals) INALI (The Indiana New Administrator Leadership Institute) 9 Cohort training on July 18-19, 2022 in Indianapolis, Indiana with expenses paid from the Title IIA Fund.

VII.D. Recommend approving a Purchase Order of over $10,000 to purchase NWEA Testing Materials for the 2022-2023 school year supported by the Formative Assessment Grant.

VII.M. Recommend approving the request to pay the Math Instructional Coach stipend of 2,500 to Karen Lee for her service during the Spring semester from January 2022 to May 2022.
 

VII.N. Recommend approving the request to pay a stipend to Longfellow Classroom Aides who assisted in classrooms due to a teaching staff shortage.
 

VII.O. Recommend approving the request to pay stipends to the attached list of staff members for the work on the development of the MTSS model work district-wide, paid from the FFY21 Title IV Grant.
 

VII.P. Recommend approving the reassignment of Frances Allen, who currently serves as an Academic Interventionist at Calumet New Tech High School, to be an English Teacher for the 2022-2023 school year.
 

VII.Q. Recommend approving the reassignment of Melissa Klahn, who currently serves as an English Teacher at Calumet New Tech High School, to be an academic Interventionist for the 2022-2023 school year.   
 

VII.R. Recommend approving the request to pay Mrs.Tashema Dancy-Smith a stipend for completing the end-of-year duties for School Counselor Mariela Luna due to her being on maternity leave.

VII.S. Recommend paying the attached list of staff members holding team leader positions at Longfellow New Tech Elementary School paid from the Title I Fund.

VII.T. Recommend paying the attached stipends for the family engagement and instructional support work done for the English Learners conference and registration event paid from the Title I Fund.  
 

VII.U. Recommend paying the attached staff members for supporting effective instruction they completed with teachers in their buildings paid from the FFY21 Title IIA Grant Category 1.  
 

VII.V. Recommend paying stipends to the attached list of staff members for High Ability Coaching and Data work completed, paid from FFY22 High Ability Grant.
