VII. 18-32-300-003 Pond for Jason Hardy
Description:
Jason Hardy has requested a pond on the property he owns behind his home on a parcel of land with 12.17 acres. Parcel 18-32-300-033
Schlicht Ponds is the company that was hired to complete the project. They will be putting in a new pond 80 'x 100' x 15'. Slope of 3:1 with the water source being groundwater. Spoils 1,926 Cu yds with Tuscola silt loam soil. The swale for overflow is planned to be 20' long and will help the overflow water from reaching to the neighboring properties. The safety station is located at the southwest corner of the pond.
