Description:
Approximately 8 years ago, the Food Service Department received a New Doyon Dough Sheeter large piece of equipment. Although it is a high quality machine, there is no need by our kitchen. Ms. Sandie Ponte suggests we sale it to gain revenue and open up needed storage space.
As per BP3270, items with an estimated value of greater than $500 may be sold through a bidding process. Sharing the Bid information locally and through Facebook Marketplace for the Anchorage/MatSu areas will reach a broader area with businesses that could take advantage of the equipment.
