VIII. Approval to Borrow Money, If Necessary, to Operate Until Taxes and Aids Become Available

IX. Approval to Prosecute/Defend any Legal Action or Proceeding in which the School District has an Interest

X. Approval to Authorize the Acquisition of Real Estate through Purchase or Condemnation

XI. Approval of School Board Salaries and to Authorize Payment of Actual and Necessary Expenses of Board Members who travel in the Performance of Duties

XII. Consideration of special subject: Approve petition for a change in apportionment and election, pursuant to the provisions of §.120, Wis. Stats., of the nine members of the School Board apportioned for the current geographic areas of the district to:
1.  3 members for the City of Tomahawk
2.  3 members for the Townships of Harrison (WD 1), King, Little Rice, Nokomis, Wilson
3.  3 members for the Townships of Bradley, Birch (WD 1), Rock Falls (WD 2), Skanawan, Tomahawk
And establish a plan of election for those Board members.

XIII. Approval of 2025 Annual Meeting Date: September 9, 2025
