12.A.1. Motion Requested: Contract with Strand Assoc. in the amount of $58,300 to create options for Library District Board, Park District Board and Village to review designs for a pedestrian bridge and trail on Library District property.

13.A. Fee Proposal to Review Distribution of Impact Fees from the Village of Oswego - IGA

13.A.1. Motion Requested:  Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement to analyze the appropriate Impact Fee Distribution, of which the cost charged to the library for the study is $1,310.08 (Library District's Portion of Fee)
