3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the
District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the
attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional
Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the
Texas Government Code, including to receive legal advice regarding the
grievance process.

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to hear a complaint or
charge against an officer or employee, or to deliberate the appointment,
employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a
public officer or employee, including to conduct a Level III Grievance Hearing
regarding complaints against District personnel; and Section 551.0821 to
deliberate on a matter regarding public school students since personally
identifiable information about the students will necessarily be revealed by the
deliberation.

4.A. Consider and take action regarding Level III Grievance heard in closed
session.
