Speakers will be limited to five (5) minutes. When more than one individual wishes to address the same agenda item, the President may ask the group to appoint one spokesperson. |

Members of the public attending the meeting are encouraged to join the inspection and tour. Participants are to stay as a group and maintain the pace. Pictures are allowed as so long they do not slow the progress or inhibit the pace of the group. It is reminded this area, while approved for occupancy, is still an area of continued work with minor tasks to complete prior to student occupancy and/or final completion. Intermittent questions and feedback regarding the facility should be addressed to the superintendent during this time. |
