Each patron will be allowed 3 minutes to address the board. During an open session, the Board shall not hear personal complaints against school personnel or a person connected with the district. Policies KE and KEB are provided by the board for disposition of legitimate complaints, including those involving individuals. |

G.1. Discussion/Action/Vote on approving the 2016 Reporting Statement for School Facilities Board report.

Description:
Annually, the district must submit a Reporting Statement to the School Facilities Board that shows all of the Preventive Maintenance Tasks that have been performed by the district.
I recommend that the Governing Board approve the 2016 Reporting Statement as presented. |

Eloy Elementary and Eloy Division for Self and Community Improve (EDSCI) traditionally have worked together for the MLK Holiday. EDSCI is again before the Governing Board to request In-Kind Services. Included: Troy Thomas Football Field for Baby Races, Egg Toss, Jumping Castles and Free Food
EJHS Gymnasium for 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament Bus and Driver to transport marchers to Troy Thomas Center EJHS Cafeteria for the Free MLK Breakfast and Program. |

Description:
Caryn Prokopich is being recommended for a Third Grade Teaching Position at Eloy Intermediate.
Due to a teacher being out on workman's comp for the last 3 months. Her class was covered by 4 different substitutes providing instruction. It is time for a Highly Qualified teacher be hired to educate this 3rd grade group of students. Ms. Prokopich Contract will be Pro-Rated. I recommend that the Governing Board approve Caryn Prokopich as a Third Grade Teacher. |
