2.A. Consideration and possible action on adopting a Board resolution authorizing the District to purchase a tract of real property located commonly known as 301 1st Street, which is south of Avenue C, west of 1st Street, and north of Avenue D, in Ackerly, Dawson County, Texas, and to authorize the Board president to execute the contract to purchase such real property and for the superintendent of schools to take any and all action necessary to negotiate, prepare, execute and file all documents necessary to effectuate the consummation of the conveyance, tilting, recordation, and closing of the Property.

2.B. Consideration and possible action on approval regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, in accordance with 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.

2.C. Consideration and possible action on approval of adding carports, fencing and porches to the new houses.
