Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Board resolution authorizing the District’s purchase of real property (approximately 25 acres of vacant land) located on 1st Street and FM 2002 in Ackerly, Dawson and Martin Counties, Texas, and to authorize the Board president to execute the contract to purchase such real property and for the superintendent of schools to take any and all action necessary to negotiate, prepare, execute and file all documents necessary to effectuate the consummation of the conveyance, titling, recordation, and closing of the Property
