Deliberate the evaluation, duties, and discipline of a Board Member and obtain legal advice regarding the same and regarding the response required by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) complaint concerning alleged Board Member violations of SACSCOC Principles of Accreditation (Tex. Gov't Code §§551.071, 551.074)
