Description:
Armstrong Elementary PTA would like to fund improvements to the school's front entrance, including updates to the flower beds, landscaping, and the irrigation system. These enhancements will improve the appearance of the campus and support ongoing maintenance of the entrance area.

Description:
Plains Capital Bank requires certification of a resolution approved by the Highland Park Independent School District Board of Trustees authorizing Chris Scott to open and close accounts, sign account agreements, and sign contracts for account-related services in Plains Capital Bank, Wealth Management & Trust Division.
The recommendation is that the Highland Park Independent School District Board of Trustees approve the signature authority on the district’s behalf for Plains Capital Bank, Wealth Management & Trust Division.
