The initial contract with BHSSC for $27,841 was approved in May 2019. On this second contract, an additional two days are needed for data collection, and the balance of this contract is for the data analysis. The total of the two contracts will be $66,466.00 |

Consider Approval of a One-Year Only Increase to the Early Resignation Incentive for Certified Staff
The current incentive for certified staff is $1,000.00 per district policy. This would be the third year of increasing the incentive. The incentive is proposed to increase to $3,000.00 for the first five certified staff members who provide written notice to the Central Office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019. Any other certified resignations received prior to January 31, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. will qualify for $1,000.00 per District Policy 4119

The next regular Board meeting will be Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be preceded by an executive session at 5:00 p.m. for the annual superintendent evaluation. Evaluation forms will be distributed at the November meeting

The WSBA Annual Conference will be in Casper at the Ramkota Hotel from November 20-22, 2019. Room reservations have been made.
