A. Discuss employment and/or resignations of school personnel.  Denise Carrion resigned effective November 4th.

B.  Discuss and take action to approve the winter incentive and loyalty stipends.  The winter incentive amount is $77,138.  The loyalty stipend is $23,750.  If approved by the board, this will be paid on November 21, 2025.  

C.  Discuss and take action to cast Roby CISD votes for the Fisher County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

D.  Discuss and take action to cast Roby CISD votes for the Jones County Appraisal District Board of Directors.
