Regular Agenda

A. Canvass school trustee election results and canvass votes from the 2020 Roby CISD school board election.

B. Issue Certificate of Election to each elected Board of Trustee.

C. Issue Statement of Officer to each newly-elected Board Trustee.

D. Administer Oath of Office to each elected Board Trustee.

E. Elect school board officers.

F. Consider and take action the 2019-2020 school audit presented by James E. Rodgers and Company, Certified Public Accountants

G. Consider and take action to adopt an Order by the Board of Trustees of the Roby Consolidated Independent School District Canvassing Returns and Declaring Results of Bond Election

H. Consider updating the bank signature cards for the general and activity accounts.

I. Consider District Resolution regarding Special Education Shared Services Agreement with the Abilene Regional Day School Program for the Deaf Shared Services Arrangement.

J. Review the Roby CISD School Board Operating Procedures.

K. Consider any revisions to FEE (LOCAL) and the open-campus lunch policy.

L. Reconsider the reading of the number of hours each board member has completed for the 2019-2020 academic school year.

M. Consider the purchase of a route bus to replace Bus 01.

N. Consider approval of additions to the substitute list.
