II. INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION ITEMS

II.1. The ASA Search Consultant will present to the Governing Board a report on the findings of the community survey that was conducted related to the search for a new District Superintendent.

II.2. The Arizona School Administrators will present to the Governing Board with information regarding the applicant screening process and screening protocol for the position of District Superintendent.

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION

III.1. Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (1)-The Board may vote to convene in executive session to screen applicant submissions for the position of District Superintendent.  The Board will either move to a different location to hold the session or will ask those in attendance to leave the room and take with them all the materials and ensure that no recording devices are left in the room.  Only members of the Board and those individuals whose presence is reasonably necessary for the Board to carry out its executive session responsibilities may attend the executive session. No action will be taken in the Executive Session.  All business conducted in executive session is confidential.

IV. ACTION ITEMS - DISTRICT BUSINESS
(Specific items of District business as listed for consideration - may include various categorical areas as the business of the District necessitates Board discussion, deliberation, and action)

IV.1. The Governing Board will discuss and may consider the selection of candidates for the position of District Superintendent who will be invited to interview with the Board.

IV.2. The Governing Board will discuss and may consider the process and schedule for interviewing for the position of District Superintendent.

V. INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION ITEMS
(Matters about which the Board may engage in discussion but will take no action during the meeting)

V.1. The Governing Board will discuss with the ASA Search Consultant interview themes for the purpose of developing questions to use in interviewing candidates for the position of District Superintendent.
