2. 6:00 PM - Adjourn into closed session according to the following:

• Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically, certified staff member request for excused absence; and, 
• Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically, update on negotiations with St. Francis Education Association.

3. Return to Open Session for Possible Action

4. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Superintendent reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.
