2. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Board President reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.

3. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.

7. Adjourn into closed session according to the following:

• Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically, review and discussion on potential Interim Superintendent candidate(s).
