Action Item: Deliberation and possible action to remove the earthwork portions of the new elementary school project (the “Earthwork Project”) from the construction manager-at-risk delivery method and from the scope of work set forth in the AIA Document A133 - 2019 executed by and between the District and Harrison, Walker & Harper, LLC, and to select job order contracting as the procurement method that provides the best value for the District for the Earthwork Project at the new elementary school.
