3. Acceptance of Consent Agenda
Description:
As a good practice, the board should accept the consent agenda for the evening's meeting, which includes minutes of the July 27 meeting and the July financial reports. Please note that the general fund report now includes the majority of accounting entries to accrue for FY 26 revenues and expenses received or paid after June 30. This should be fairly close to the final audited financial results for the year (though further adjustments may be needed).

5. Resignation - DeBoer (SP 1, 2, 3)
Description:
Alison DeBoer, elementary teacher, has submitted the attached resignation letter. Alison has been with the district for seven years.

The Board is asked to approve the hire of Brooklyn Hernandez to fill the vacancy created by Alison DeBoer's resignation. She is a graduate of Western Governors University. Her resume and data sheet are attached.
