Public Testimony:
Recognize Visitors:  The Marion ISD Board of Trustees designates a time for audience participation at the beginning of each regular meeting to hear persons who desire to make comments on a specific posted agenda item.  Those wishing to speak shall notify the Superintendent or Board President via email 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled meeting and must indicate in writing the agenda item to be addressed.  Public Testimony is limited to 2 minutes.

Closed Session:  The Marion ISD Board of Trustees will convene in a closed meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Codes:

Sec 551.076 Deliberation Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits

* No final action, decision, or vote will be taken by the Board while in executive session.* Open Session: Consider and take possible action regarding items discussed in closed session.
