Recognize Visitors: The Marion ISD Board of Trustees designates a time for audience participation at the beginning of each regular meeting to hear persons who desire to make comments on a specific posted agenda item. Those wishing to speak shall notify the Superintendent or Board President via email 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled meeting and must indicate in writing the agenda item to be addressed. Public Testimony is limited to 2 minutes.

Discuss and update the progress for the Bond Project with Pfluger Architects and Jackson Construction and take action as necessary.

Discuss and consider the Instructional Materials Allotment and TEKS Certification for 2020-2021 school year and take action as necessary.

Discuss and consider the agreement with Nixon-Smiley CISD to provide DAEP services for students in grades 6-12 for the 2020-2021 school year and take action as necessary.

Closed Session: The Marion ISD Board of Trustees will convene in a closed meeting pursuant to following sections of the Texas Government Codes:

Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

Approval of Teacher Contracts

Deliberation regarding the possible purchase of real property for future campus development where the public deliberation would have a detrimental effect on the District's bargaining position pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.072.
