Approve the following donations: From the Marion Athletic Booster Club; $2,500.00 to the Athletic Department to purchase a wall pad for the high school gym and $10,752.00 to the Athletic Department from the second payment of the raffle drawing held at the beginning of the school year. From the Krueger Elementary PTSO; $6,500.00 to Krueger Elementary Primary Campus for campus improvement and $6,500.00 to Kruger Elementary Karrer Campus for campus improvement.

CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AN ORDER BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MARION INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF "MARION INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2015"; LEVYING A CONTINUING DIRECT ANNUAL AD VALOREM TAX FOR PAYMENT OF THE BONDS; PRESCRIBING THE FORM, TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND RESOLVING OTHER MATTERS INCIDENT AND RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE, SALE, AND DELIVERY OF THE BONDS; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PAYING AGENT/REGISTRAR AGREEMENT AND A PURCHASE AND INVESTMENT LETTER; COMPLYING WITH THE LETTER OF REPRESENTATIONS ON FILE WITH THE DEPOSITORY TRUST COMPANY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
