Discussion with TASB consultant regarding superintendent search process and action to approve the schedule.

Interview Construction Manager at Risk candidates and authorize the Superintendent to negotiate a contract.

Closed Session: Private consultation with the Board's attorney. The Marion ISD Board of Trustees will convene in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, et seq. Section 551.074 for the purpose of seeking the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a mattter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of aTexas clearly conflicts with this chapter.
