CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees may convene in closed session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, et seq., for purposes including, but not limited to, Sections 551.072 (Real Property), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), and 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney).
