Shovlin recorded in Volume 4227, Page 1413 of the Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas, out of the F.R. Hernandez Survey No. 6, Abstract 6, County Block 4301, now in New City Block 14492 of the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.

Tract 2: A 62.148 acre, more or less, tract of land out of a called 127.77 acre tract described in deed to Mark Verstuyft, recorded in Volume 9688, Page 2384 of the Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas, said 127.77 acre tract being further described as a remaining portion of a called 44.77 acre tract, “Tract 3”, and a remaining portion of a called 34.62 acre tract and a called 58.96 acre tract, both being “Tract 2”, recorded in Volume 2339, Page 566 of the Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas, out of the F.R. Hernandez Survey No. 6, Abstract 6, County Block 4301, now in New City Block 14492 of the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
