1. Call the Meeting to Order, Roll Call, and Establish Quorum

2. Pledge/Moment of Silence: "Honor the Texas Flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible."

3. Public Comments/Audience Participation

4. Discuss Bee County Appraisal District Presentation on Sparta and Helena Project Development as it pertains to the Pawnee ISD.

5. Discuss Presentation from the District's Financial Advisor on potential bond election timeline and related opportunities as they relate to value projections.

6. Discuss construction and planning options available to the district as they pertain to the development of a potential future high school, timeline, and other district needs. 

7. CLOSED (EXECUTIVE) SESSION:  There will be a closed session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act for the Board to discuss or  to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property including consultation with the districts' legal representation .Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.072.

8. Reconvene from closed session(Pursuant to TEC Code 551.02) and possible action on items discussed in closed session

9. Adjourn
