I. Call to Order 

I.A. Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and notice of meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

IV. Closed Session 

IV.A. Closed meeting will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas open meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

IV.A.I. Texas Government Code Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, resignation, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, termination or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to include consideration of employee resignation for good cause. 

IV.A.I.a. Discussion Regarding Superintendent's Evaluation Instrument and Goals Related Thereto

IV.A.II. Texas Government Code Section 551.042 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, resignation, evaluation, reassignment, and duties of a public official or employee, to include consideration of but not limited to the evaluation, contract extension, reassignment, and duties of employee(s); including but not limited to the Superintendent, Business Manager, Directors, and Principals. The Board will review Athletic Director/ Head Football Coach applications and discuss the hiring of a new Athletic Director/ Head Football Coach. 

IV.A.III. Texas Government Code Section 551.072 For the purpose of deliberating the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
