II.A.I. Texas Government Code Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney concerning pending or contemplated litigation:  Terry Sadler and Threesa Sadler, as Next Friend of John Doe, a minor v. Greenville Independent School District; cause number 3:19-cv-01551-B, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.

II.A.II. Texas Government Code Section 551.0821: Deliberation on a matter regarding a public school student whose personally identifiable information will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.
