VII.A. Closed meeting will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas open meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.071 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

VII.A.I. Texas Government Code Section 551.071 to seek the advice of the District’s attorney in person, or by telephone, about pending or contemplated litigation, or a settlement offer; to consult with the District's attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; specifically regarding the following:

VII.A.III. Texas Government Code Section 551.074 For the purpose of deliberating the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically regarding the following:
