3. Superintendent's Financial & Informational Report.

4. CONSENT AGENDA - ACTION ITEM (Any Board Member may request to move an individual agenda item from the Consent Agenda to General Business for discussion and vote to approve, disapprove or table.)

4.A. Approve the 2025-2026 General Fund purchase orders #150-151, Building Fund purchase orders #38-39 and any change orders.

4.B. Approve the minutes of the April 13th Regular Meeting.

4.C. Approve the Temporary Appropriation for FY2027.

4.D. Renew contract with Barlow for Federal Programs Management for FY2027.

4.E. Renew Comprehensive Employment Service Agreement with Oklahoma School Board Association for FY2027.

4.F. Renew subscription to Oklahoma Teacher and Leader Evaluation (OKTLE) subscription for FY2027.

5. Motion, discussion and vote to enter into executive session to discuss the employment of the principal(s), as well as certified and non-certified staff listed on the attached Exhibit A for FY2027 and review applicants for 1st and 2nd grade teaching position(s) for FY2027 pursuant to Title 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1) of the Open Meeting Act.

7. GENERAL BUSINESS
Discussion and Vote to Approve, Disapprove, or Table the following:

7.A. the individual employment of the certified and non-certified staff listed on Exhibit A for the 2026-2027 school year.

7.B. the employment of certified staff to fill the posted 1st and/or 2nd grade teaching position(s) for the 2026-2027 school year.

7.C. applying for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Child Nutrition Program for 2026-2027 school year.
