VI. Consideration/Approval of the Following:

VI.A. Consider and appoint Rosie Gallardo as the Early Voting Clerk and Sylvia Ancira as the Deputy Early Voting Clerk, Shane Lowrey as the Early Voting Ballot Board Judge, and Jorge Mendez as the Early Voting Ballot Board Alternate Judge.

Discuss and take action on an order authorizing the issuance of Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds; Levying a continuing direct annual Ad Valorem Tax for the payment of the bonds; prescribing the form, terms, conditions, and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the bonds; delegating the authority to certain district staff to approve certain terms and execute certain documents relating to the sale of the bonds; and providing an effective date.
