1)A) Discuss the expectations and responsibilities of School Board Members.

1)B) Discuss the respect that the Team of Eight should have for other members' opinions on issues and being open minded to listen to others views.

1)C) Discuss the Chain of Command of the District from the Board downward.
|

1)D) Discuss and review the Board's policy of the public addressing the Board at Board meetings.

1)E) Discuss the communication between Board members, the public and the Superintendent.
|
|
1)F) Discuss the history of why the Board moved to data-driven objective evaluations for all Board actions.
|
|
1)G) Discuss the need for the Board to have a committee to review the budget on a monthly or quarterly basis and the same committee to review the status of bond projects and their budgets.

1)H) Discuss returning to the practice of having a local attorney present at Board Meetings.
