I. Convene in a Quorum and Call to Order; Invocation; Pledges of Allegiance
 

II. Public Comments according to Policy BED (LOCAL) - Related to items on the Open Session Portion of the Agenda (30-minute allotment). In lieu of a public appearance at the Board meeting, members of the public may submit written comments to the Board regarding agenda items/topics via email no later than three (3) hours prior to the beginning of the meeting addressed to: board@pasadenaisd.org, which will be provided to the Board.  In your email, please state your name, address, topic and comment.
 

III. Adjournment to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections, 551.071, 551.074, 551.082, and 551.0821 related to a Level Three employee complaint hearing requested by Ms. Dardon Ann Hayter, Vice President, Grievance Chair, PEA/TSTA/NEA, on behalf of a former Pasadena ISD employee, pursuant to Board Policy DGBA (Local). This hearing will be held in closed session, unless the matter is requested be heard in open session.  If the appeal presentation is requested to be in open session, the Board may still adjourn to closed session pursuant to any of the following Texas Government Code Sections, as applicable: 551.071, an/or 551/074, and/or 551.082 and/or 551.0821
