I. Convene in a Quorum and Call to Order; Invocation; Pledges of Allegiance

II. Adjournment to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections:
· 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee; concerning matters related to the Superintendent’s recommendations to hire administrative personnel; and/or the Superintendent's recommendations related to renewals, nonrenewals, and terminations of contracts for professional personnel
· 551.071 to consult with district’s attorneys concerning matters on which the attorney's duty to the District under the Code of Professional Responsibility clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act; to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer; and/or to consider legal advice regarding items specifically listed on the agenda
· 551.072 for the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property

III. Reconvene in Open Session

IV. Public Comments according to Policy BED (LOCAL) - Related to items on the Open Session Portion of the Agenda (30 minute allotment).  In lieu of a public appearance at the Board meeting, members of the public may submit written comments to the Board regarding agenda items/topics via email by 2:00 p.m. prior to the beginning of the meeting addressed to: board@pasadenaisd.org, which will be provided to the Board.  In your email, please state your name, address, topic and comment

V. Consideration and Possible Approval to transfer unspent bond funds from the completed 2014 Bond Project, Pasadena High School Gym Elevator Upgrade, to the 2014 Bond Contingency Pool, in the credit amount of $2,947.00


 

VI. Consideration and Possible Approval to transfer unspent bond funds from the completed 2014 Bond Project, Morales Elementary School Boiler Replacement, to the 2014 Bond Contingency Pool, in the credit amount of $279.00

VII. Consideration and Possible Approval to transfer unspent bond funds from the completed 2017 Bond Project, Roof Recovery Package 3, to the 2017 Bond Contingency Pool, in the credit amount of $148,123

VIII. Consideration and Possible Approval to use unspent bond proceeds from the 2014 Bond Program for a purpose other than the specific purposes for which the bonds were authorized

IX. Consideration and Possible Approval to use unspent bond proceeds from the 2014 Bond Contingency Pool for the specific purpose of final reconciliation of the Sam Rayburn High School Tennis Courts and Site Improvement Project, in the amount of $208,277.00
