7.a. Pursuant to Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and 551.074, the Board hearing the Level III Grievance of Patricia Lewis related to position reassignment for the 2020-2021, 2021-2022, and 2023-2024 school years and salary adjustment for the 2021-2022 and 2023-2024 school years.
The grievance, or portions of it, may be conducted in closed session under one or more of the following sections of the Texas Government Code: 1. 551.071 to seek and receive legal counsel from the Board's attorney 2. 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee |
