8.C. Consider Endorsement of Utility Commitment between MUD 148 and Sheldon ISD for the New Null Middle School Expansion
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Utility Commitment between Harris County MUD 148 and Sheldon ISD for MUD 148 to provide water and wastewater capacity for the Null Middle School Expansion by agreeing to pay $65,960.85.
Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the superintendent or designee to endorse the Utility Commitment agreement with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes. |
