X.A. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract agreement between Waterloo CUSD5 and Bi-County Small Engine Center, in the amount not to exceed $10,000.00, for two 2025 LZE Zero Turn Mowers with mounting kits, after trade in of two 2023 LZE Zero Turn Mowers.

X.B. Consideration to accept an invitation to join the Cahokia Conference, effective with the 2026-2027 school year.

X.C. Consideration to approve Kennel Klub school-year programming in addition to the annual stipend for administrators hosting, and to set the rate of pay for Kennel Klub staff.
