2. CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION.  The Board will adjourn to Closed/Executive Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code  §551.074 and §551.071.

2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.71 consultation with attorney regarding legal issues pertaining to Superintendent search and interviews.

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.074 conduct first round Superintendent search interviews.

2.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.074 discussion regarding employee compensation.

3. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

3.A. Discussion and Possible Action regarding Superintendent process and interviews.

3.B. Discussion and Possible Action regarding employee compensation plan for the 2024-2025 School year.
