5. Order Elections for Board of Regents Positions 7, 8, and 9.  Attached is a memo from the Vice President, Financial Services & CFO, regarding the Board of Regents Election on May 7, 2022 and the Joint Election Agreement for Election Services with Brazoria County that includes a list of Early Voting locations in Brazoria County.  

It is recommended that the Board order the election for Positions 7, 8, and 9 on May 7, 2022, approve the Joint Election Agreement with Brazoria County for Election Services, approve delegating to the County the posting and advertising of the Notice of Election, and approve posting of election notices as directed by the County Election Office.
