3. Canvass of School Trustee Election Results of November 2, 2021 and Declare Winners for Place 3 and Place 4.

4.A. The Board of Trustees will now adjourn into closed meeting 

pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act,

Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Section 551.074 - 

Personnel Matters:

1.  To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

2. Consider and discuss possible Board Officers
