V.A.  The Governing Board may consider entering into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(1) to interview candidates related to the position of District Superintendent

VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION - The Governing Board to meet in executive session pursuant A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (1) to interview candidates for the position of District Superintendent.
All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not now present, other than a current member of the Board, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. To do so is a violation of A.R.S. §38-431.03 A.2, A.3. unless pursuant to a specific statutory exception.

VI.A. The Governing Board to interview candidates for the position of District Superintendent in executive session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(1)

VII. ACTION ITEMS

VII.A. The Governing Board to discuss and may consider offering a select candidate the opportunity to enter into contract negotiations for the position of District Superintendent and direct the Board President to make that offer

VII.B. The Governing Board to discuss and consider the next steps in the process to secure a new District Superintendent
