V. EXECUTIVE SESSION - The Governing Board to meet in executive session pursuant A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (1) to discuss resignation of employee.
All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not now present, other than a current member of the Board, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. To do so is a violation of A.R.S. §38-431.03 A.2, A.3. unless pursuant to a specific statutory exception.

Feb 26, initial applicant screening , March 3 events that include bus tour, round table Q & A, additional roundtable committee members, Committee comment forms, Community forum Q & A, Community comment forms, best way to communicate community forum to staff and community, March 4 final candidate interviews, March 5 2nd interviews, final times and locations for above.

Discussion and possible action to set dates, times and additional description on future work sessions:  District Financial Overview, Facilities, Transportation, IT, Salary Study, Board priorities, Board calendar, Board retreat, Strategic planning, Policy and implementation, and other ideas for Board work sessions
