IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to ARS§15-843 and ARS § 38-431.03 (A)(1) a public body may go into executive session for discussion or consideration of personnel matters.
(Read Prior to Executive Session) All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not now present, other than a current member of the Board, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. To do so is a violation of A.R.S. §38-431.03 A.2, A.3. unless pursuant to a specific statutory exception.

V.A. Discussion and Possible Direction on Superintendent Contract

V.B. The Governing Board will review, discuss, and may consider approval of a Search Agreement between the District and the Arizona School Boards Association regarding the search for a new District Superintendent, and, consider providing authority to the Board President to sign the Agreement on behalf of the Governing Board  

V.C. The Governing Board will discuss the components of a draft position advertising document and may consider approval, with updated language deemed appropriate by the Board, to direct the Arizona School Boards Association to publish an advertising document related to the position of District Superintendent

V.D. The Governing Board will discuss and may consider approving questions specific to the District to be included in the District Superintendent position application advertised through the Arizona School Boards Association
