8.D. Approve moving the start time of the December 17th regular meeting from 5:30 to 5:00 to accommodate the presentation of the 2017-18 Audit Report and the Truth-In-Taxation meeting that will begin promptly at 6:15.

8.E. Set the Organizational Meeting Date and time to January 7, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the Forum Room.
