7.n) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the period of filing Affidavits of Candidacy for the Office of School Board Member of Independent School District No. 316 shall begin on August 2, 2022 and shall close at 5:00 pm on August 16, 2022. 

8. DONATIONS

8.a) Acknowledge a donation in the amount of $100 from City of Bovey for Day of Caring.
 

8.b) Acknowledge a donation in the amount of $100 from Taconite American Legion for Day of Caring. 

8.c) Acknowledge an in-kind donation of a handicapped-accessible raised garden bed with an approximate value of $1000 from the Grand Rapids Rotary Club to the Vandyke Elementary School. 

8.d) Acknowledge a $500 donation from the Blandin Foundation to the Class of 2023. 

8.e) Acknowledge a donation of $142.21 from the Greenway 316 Foundation, Inc. for the 7th and 8th grades. 

8.f) Acknowledge a donation from Madonna Jensen in the amount of $25 for the GHS Day of Caring.

8.g) Acknowledge a donation of $20 from Tom and Louise Like for the GHS Day of caring.
