The $64,437.35 is to be used for the sole purpose of providing two (2) Greenway student scholarships per year effective with the 2014-2015 school year.
The amounts of the student scholarships will be between $1,500 and $2,000.  
The $64,437.35 will be solely used for scholarships until the funds are exhausted (approximately 20 years).
