Quality-in-Action: Student Services Director Dr. Candace Burckhardt along with Joel Sundstrom a School Psychology Specialist Student with the University of Minnesota will share insights and highlights on how the School-Based Mental Health Services through Project Aware are making impacts at South St. Paul Public Schools. Project Aware is a U.S. Department of Education Mental Health Service Professional Grant Program that aims to build capacity by addressing school psychologist shortages and develop systems that are better equipped to support student mental health through a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS).  (C.
