II. QUALITY IN ACTION (Strategic Direction 4)

II.A. Living the Learner Profile is something that we strive to teach our students every day, in every interaction.  Living the Learner Profile is not confined to our Kaposia classrooms, it extends outside of the building and our school day, on our playground, in our parking lot, and in our community.  No one displays that Learner Profile better than our Parking Lot Attendance and Lunchroom Supervisor  Patrick Kugmeh.  Mr. Patrick, as he is referred to, epitomizes living the Learner Profile out loud.  Mr. Patrick was nominated and awarded the South St. Paul Educational Foundation's Silver Apple Award by first grader Israel Diaz and the team of SSP Peer Coaches. II.B.
